GI_JOE and HDRI

Can someone explain to me how to use the HDRI feature in GI_Joe. What kind of images do I use and where do I get that kind?

for HDRI images I use sum high quality sky images for outdoor scenes, or sum indoor images for inside scenes
i think its just like a reflection map
