A realistic chain

i want to make a chain i know there is a way to simulate the chain (i think dynamics) but i really dont know how, i dont even know wht to look for.

i dont really know if what i said make sense...but basicly what i want is to make a weries of modified torueses that are linked together to sorta bend down.

if anyone can help me, that would be great...

thanks in advance
