Identity Crisis - Character #2 - "Pigeon Rights Guy"

A.K.A. WTF?!!!!

Why in blue blazes do I have this Yyyyyy-uge crease on my nose (and yes, it is a personal problem :p)? I've done all I can and it won't go away. I'm working with one side first, then duping that side, then flipping the X-Scale to a negative number, just like Michael McKinley says to do it and I get this $#!+!!! The lips and eyes are next. Not sure how to fix the eyes as this is my first human character (how could any of us forget the Crae McShae fiasco?). The lips are off but that shouldn't be too hard to fix, right (see separate render)? I think I'm gonna give him a pompadour haircut, kind of like a '50s throwback. What do you think? All help is always appreciated even if I don't always return the favor. Thanks guys!

if i remember correctly, you must mirror, doesnt matter whether you duplicate in - axis or duplicate and scale to the negative, but either way, you must combine the 2 halfs and go into verticy (?) mode and select all the verticies down the middle and go to merge verticies.
if you still arn't happy, use the smooth edges option

just a little note to add, keep the merge distance low in the options. And if the model doesn't sit perfectly on the axis u'll end up with vertices that are not on top of ech other. for these just bump up the value a little and select each pair individually and merge.

So how many characters for the full feature then?

Kerosene, I'll have 4 all totaled. Crae - shapeshifter, Pigeon Rights Guy - cameo (see him in my next picture, "Pigeon Rights"), Grim Reaper - not your granddaddy's reaper, and QuickGuy - superestest hero in all of Russelltopia. More to come.. user added image

Here I am again and I need more assistance. user added image I am uploading 4 pictures... 2 up close and two not. Both sets are wireframe and smooth rendered. I'm working on my character's eye sockets and since this is my first eye area modelling, I'm aware I'm not going to do well with it. But can someone tell me how to make this better? I'm using the tut on the Hobbit Guy's website and I think I messed up. user added image Thanks in advance! user added image
