The lip looks better as it's not stretched. I think you should hold off on the cut. Just doesn't make it look as real in my opinion.

Much better, but over the eye still looks a little, "fake". Maybe try a bump map or push in the faces there a little before adding the texture, make it more bloody and animalistic...

thanx guy.i tried to add fur to him.a very very fast render with maya software.i will probably use these setting when i will render with mr.if someone think that it looks bad,let me know.user added image

I think the fur is a little long and doesnt follow the direction of the fur in the reference pic. e.g, the cheek fur flows downwards, not backwards (it's looking like a gorilla/baboon hybrid with the fur like that)

Really a good fur start MacFleury, I like the grays and black.
Will ya add some other brown variations or keep it black-gray all over the head ?. Would be really nice having these browns too user added image

Yeah, the skin should be lighter, more light grey, I suggest that if you try to do all of his skin though and it shows through the fur, then either increase the fur or just color in his mouth and face...
