Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

I concur with you on that Kevin

The people here seems to have diverse experiences with Maya, and that's a good thing.

I love this community!

Since I made the decided to learn Maya, I needed a place to go where I could find active and positive help in my pursuit of Maya skills. This place has done that for me. Thanks a lot guys, it's been really helpful, and I believe it'll continue to do so.

I hope I can help others as have been helped and as I continue to grow as an animator/Maya user.

God Bless,
George

I found this site by first finding mike's site by accident. Never looked back. So I guess I should thank Mike... and of course the SM staff and everyone else here. Let's continue keeping the spirit up!

The reason that SM is so great is that we're all bonded together by our common love of Maya. user added image

Yess! Yes Yes Yes!

just to add to the chorus i have to say that SimplyMaya is friendly and helpful, people are great, attitude is positive and with all of these things as a basis, a vast trove of tutorials plus a great new interface and a quick server it's no wonder that people are learning so much!
