1971 Dodge Challenger

Hi Everyone,
Here is a car that I have modeled. It looks like it needs better lighting, but I have been spending too much time on rendering it already, so I just decided to throw it on here. I'm not very good at rendering yet. Please let me know what you guys think. Any crits are very welcome. user added image

Wow, that is very good! The only problem I see is all those speckles on the car. What are those?

Some types of car paint have that effect to them.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. The for the red paint, I was going for a metallic look. Could anyone suggest any lighting settings?

Good work man,

I would be inclined to lowere the metalic paints fleck size a touch as they seem a bit large for the car

Hi Guys,
Sorry about the late response, just been busy. Thanks for the input. Here is another version of the car with the mental ray car paint, and drag slicks.

Looks good.
How do you find a parking space with those wheelie bars?

Wow. Very good, and a good choice to model.
The car paint looks like one i experimented with a while back

Nice

Nice render man. The candy effect on the first render is nice, but does seem a little out of proportion. Second time kicks butt. Keep it up.
