Maya for 3D Printing - Rapid Prototyping
In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

In 30 years kids will play Unreal or HL2 or Doom3 and say 'wow look this stuff looks soooo old.

I think some of the old games still have a certain something, bit like cg in film, great graphics can make game developers very lazy. But they are history, not games like we have today. I wouldn't have thought kids would have many good things to say about them - they were not there when they first came out and very few of them have a sense of the past or where todays games came from, nor do they care.

A lot of the wow factor has gone out of gaming, now for most kids it's just about how many fragz you have and telling people how much they suck. The instant gratification generation; if you disagree with them you suck too.

two things:

1. The tetris part seems to be a fake. My both cousins (7 and 8 years ol) know it. Every child knows it.

2. "Brian: I thought it was Run Away From the Dots." I couldnt stop laughing for some minutes LMAO

I know that if my 12 year old talked like that with an adult present, I'd tan her fanny and wash her mouth with soap. user added image

The phraseing and vocabulary are above what most 12 years olds can manage. But 8 year olds saying it... no. FAKE. Maybe its just edited...

Funny though.

Lol. Anyone here have an eight years ol brother? I do.

Believe me guys, this kid is VERY capable of pulling such language stunts. Maybe because he lives among adults.
Little kid even understands sarcasm as a form of humor (Normally they don´t do it till ten, according to a study* I read somewhere)

In any case, I do agree by the lots of you, that this seems more professionaly written to emulate the kids than done by kids themselves. I was just just advocating the fact that kids nowadays are capable of this, although not in this case. user added image

*If I get the link I´ll post it.
