Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2
This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

March / April - 3Demon - Normal

It's been the longest time since I've done a challenge here so I'm back.

I'll be doing a high res, cinematic like scene.....Hopefully I can leave ALL of April for texturing user added image

As for the idea, I drew up some quick concepts.

This is basically a sky view of the city. It was very much like modern cities are today.

Unfortunately for this civilisation, a disastor struck from nowhere and the city was destroyed.

Due to the climate changes from the natural disaster, the ruined city is now buried under the snow.

My idea is to have this city situated in Antarctica, where a research team has uncovered these ruins.

Now I just hope I can pull it off user added image

Yeah, very nice... let's hope you can only paint and not make it in maya, or else we're lost :p
