I worked on the geometry and tried to smooth out the lines a bit. Softened the muscles on the legs.

i didnt like the claws so i changed them .. also made the hands a bit smaller..

Looking sweet so far mate, just one thing I would say is the pectoral/ab area looks a little off, the pecs look too circular though this is a fantasy character so it wont be human proportions. Good work.

I worked the pecs and abs.. softened the abs and reshaped the lats. Connected the head to the body and the wing to the body. Added feet. Since it is going to be humanoid, I do want it to be somewhat proportionally correct. However, I do plan to do alot of surface work in Z-Brush to the skin of the gargoyle to make it look alot less human.
