3d commercial

hi greeting to everyone recently i saw a lot of video about commercial. i want do something special about my
final project according my storyboard. which is i modeling a bubble represent a signal of line and this bubble go through
every city, rural even outspace at anytime anymomemnt like 4 season, morning n dawn.
does it have some sort of software can do this background, cause i saw a lot of animation commercial it is truly amazing

LOL no mate Im a Surveyor...not a designer...ACAD=AutoCAD mate...thats what they usually use to design things like engines etc

im not sure i understand what you want to do. just make a bubble?
