The only problem you have, that I think, and it is minor, is that it is a bit overlit RIGHT NOW. You said you will redo the lighting so its all good. And as for the textures, it looks great as it is, i doubt that you need to work much on that. Great work again, mind-blowing. Awesome!
Make a movie with that or short animated clip with that will ya? It would be da bomb!

Well i've been playing around with mental ray's FG and GI. This is what I came up with. I also smooth the characters and did a few new shaders on the robotuser added image

Well its simple really.

Blinn> Red color> Turn on Refractions and Chromatic Aberration, and everything eales is default.

But this is using mental ray, so the render looks better then maya render.
