Hippo Training Video Credits

I have a question about the Hippo Training video credit. The thumbnail summary indicates it takes 20 video credit, but the download page shows it requires 30 video credits. So what is the correct number? (Hoping for 20 user added image) I bought the training and 30 credits were taken from the account.

Regards

I once got MS Golf for $5 from walmart when it was actually $45. They had to price match. I expect SM will do the same and recoup the 10 credits.

It's a database error. I've refunded the credits in your favor and tomorrow when i get back into the office i'll find out what caused it so it does not happen to anyone else.

All the best
