This course will look at the fundamentals of rendering in Arnold. We'll go through the different light types available, cameras, shaders, Arnold's render settings and finally how to split an image into render passes (AOV's), before we then reassemble it i

The Army - Basura3d

I was thinking about a helicopter but when I saw it was already being made so I decided doing a harrier... Lot's of rounded shapes so it should get me jumpstarted into Maya... What do you think? Maybe to hard as a first project?

Well, I think I'm gonna give it a shot... So I started doing the lovely plane setup (courtesy of some wonderful video tutorials)... Now I'm thinking about what method to use... hmmmmm... I'm used to polys so I think I will start with that... Although I should try new stuff...

ok, started with half a polysphere where scaled it as the front... Think I'm gonna edge extrude it all the way to the back so I can have some shape to work from...

This is harder than I thought... lot of vertex pushing...

Ultragames, I find it funny saying is not fair using images to model of and then asking for them...

marucot, I'm not from the philipines, I'm from Chile but I live in Sweden. I can give you the images but I would apreciate if you could model something else... At least for the competition. It's hard enough modeling the sucker but having somebody to compete against would just be to much for my poor heart user added image

If you would have read the topic thread you would have seen that Emo put a really great site with all kinds of blueprints, there's where I found these...

Forgot to show you the progress... Starting with the canopy of the cockpit... I wish I would have more time to model this, only giving each update about 15 minutes, damn work user added image

I agree with you WORK is a four letter word that should be banned.

Work always gets in the way of having fun.user added image
