Just wondering if any of you have some good sites for some free textures or if you would perhaps be willing to share any with me? ummm if so respond here or you can always reach me on MSN: liampadraigmar@hotmail.com or ICQ: 8964812. Well i want to thank anyone in advance... I am looking for alot of general, realistic textures, preferably a hi-res copy of them. Perhaps like general stone, rocks, etc etc etc, Building textures would be cool as well

if you ever fancy it: deep paint 3d rules for textures, i use it all the time...

other then that grab the old digital camera and shot away...always a good source of textures.. but i have loads of textures somewhere here... ill see if can zip a few up for you mate

I believe that www.3dcafe.com has some pretty cool FREE textures. And they do map quite well, plus 3d World Magazine is always giving away high res textures on their cover disk

Newtek (the makers of LightWave 3D) is offering about 50 nice hires textures. They will need some retouching. You have to register (=free) if you want to crab them all. Here's the link: https://www.newtek.com/freestuff/
