I think the resolution is quite poor. Considering how near you will sit in front of it, you could probably count the pixels. 1920x1200 on 24" thats not even 100 ppi. I think 2560x1600 would be more appropriate.

Aren't most 24" monitors 1920x1200? I don't see how that's a problem. Sure, it's not "retina display" but neither are any monitors I've seen.

Yea sure, but i mean you'll sit much closer to it than to a 24" monitor. Haven't seen one yet, but i just thought that could be done better.

I'd LOVE one of these. Atm I'm rockin' a little 6" Bamboo thing. It's good for sketching in PS, but the size can be a real pain, lots of zooming in required to be able to sketch with a good amount of detail. Being a student PRICE is really the main factor, especially since my actual degree is in Sound Recording. My tablet was only £50, whereas my guitar was £3,200. Prioritising XD

That's what I thought too...

I did think a few things looked/sounded funny, like contrast ratio being 550:1 whereas my monitors are 3000:1, 8000:1, and 10000:1, although I think I read that anything over 500:1 is good.
and the response time is a slow 16ms, but that's only important if you're playing games I think... which is not the primary purpose for this tablet.

in any case... we wants it...

If anyone ever uses lazy strokes or lazy mouse/pen, then you wouldn't mind large fractions of a second in delay. 16ms in comparison is pretty darn instantaneous...
(I know that lazy strokes aren't just delay, I'm just saying the timing is a lot larger than 16ms)

hmm... it's another one of those fake people advertising stuff. Wonder how many people fall for the advertising links these things bring... I would almost be curious to know where they lead should I be just another dumb person.

yeah, i loosely use the term 'fake' to encompass people who just advertise their bling and add nothing to the thread.

'It' was just copying other people's posts for the most part so it probably was a bot...
If anyone didn't see the posts before they were removed then this conversation must seem strange.
