Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2
This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

I came across the same question. too bad yours hasn´t been answered! I got maya unlimited installed on 8 machines on our renderFarm. I wrote the renderClients into the maya.rayhosts file, like

render1:7103
.
.
.
render8:7103

the first thing is - I don´t quite know how to start a render with this setup, cause batchRender renders on my own pc, despite I unchecked -> "render on this machine".

there are a lot of explanations out there how to setup with mr standalone. but I found no simple "howTo" for rendering with a satelite system.

any help would be cool!

everything starts and ends in the right place at the right time.

Satellite was/is broken in Maya 7. I don't know if it has been fixed in Maya 8.
