Searching for a good rendering software

Good evening!

I'm searching for some good rendering software for Maya.
I've heard that mental ray is quite good.
What about renderman?
By the way, does Vray exist for Maya?

Hope you can answer my questions.

Hello Raijin,

well from what i know and from what people use often is mental ray, it is the best from what ived heard since you can teak the options etc and also use final gather and gobal illumination.

i dont know anyone which has got rendermen soo far but i have heard some good comments about them.

thats my opinion.
