the fish looks freakin reallistic.. but the ground texture doesn't.... but man i have to give it to ya... GREAT WORK!!!

GREAT FISH!!!

That really humbles my first attempt (about 3 - 4 months ago i think user added image ) of modelling a salmon. Actually, that salmon is the one and only model I have ever made in Maya. I drew my texture in photoshop as a draft, and never quite got around to making it any better. If you'd like to see it, just ask.

You have inspired me to go back to my fish and make him better. But that will have to wait for a while, since I have just begun my second ever Maya project (it's not anything 'organic' though). Which reminds me... I should post it in the WIP section.
