Its looking decent.

Without the reference image I cant tell ya whats really the problem...but my suggestions are pull the cheek bones back a bit, round out the jaw some, and drop down the point on the top of his head. The lips and nose are looking good.

Not bad, though the face is looking a little flat at the moment. I would try to get some three quarter reference views of a head so that you can observe how features such as the eyes transition from the front to the side of the face.

Also, I think that you really need to build up the horns - rather than just pull them up to a point I would focus on giving the horns a more substantial shape and also think about how they sit on the head.

Hope this helps! user added image
