Old Tutorial Search

Years ago, I found a tutorial online that shows how to reveal a soda can using particles or particle sprites. (Coincidentally, I think the soda can in the tutorial was a can of Sprite soda.) A motion path was modeled that spiraled around the can for the particles to follow. I've done every search I can think of on the Internet. For some strange reason, I thought I found that tutorial HERE, once upon a time. Does anybody else remember it? Or do you know where I can find it?

I tried searching, and didnt find anything, but I personally don't remember doing, or seeing anything like that since 2002, unless it slipped by us all.
