It's just an illusion, the profile will be smooth, but the faces will have shadowing and highlights that make it look bumpy. Try it for yourself.

ok yea i did it and i thought it was a mistake that it didnt displaces anything. ok im going to try to look for bump textures online for one last time, and if i cant find any, ill begin doing it in PS and post my results. thank you for eveything guys

ok i got a pretty legit bump, but what i just noticed is that even though i added the smooth modifier like the artist did, i didnt get those same creases. any ideas why?
