modeling option

:attn: hi,i been use maya for a while and i have your tutorial and i notice that you keep on using modeiing menu for thing like exturdd face edge and stuff like that but I don't have this option.is there anyway that iIcanuse these without modeling option?

If your on maya 8 and above its now under polygons
