Well the texture for the 50 chevy is more then 1 textureuser added image I use about 5 to 6 different metal texture, which I put together in photoshop 7, by useing the clone stamp tool, along with some more color etc. And the bump map is all done in PS7 as well.

Well i've only been working in maya, which is my first 3d program for about 2 and a half years.

The key is working in maya as much as you can. Model all that you see like your own monitor, do lost of rendering test, read everything on maya and mental ray you can get your hands on.

Lastly never give upuser added image

Lol i have gaven up twice now:\ But i am going on a 8hour trip, and I have a maya book, so im going to be doing alot of readinguser added image and when i get back, ima hopefully stick with it.
