Detach faces, then move away from pivot

I have detached the faces of a cylinder. They are now movable independently, but I want them all to have a space between them. I do not want to move every face independently because I have like, 50 faces! Is there a way to set a point that has the same distance from every face (in the center of the cylinder) then make each face move away from this point at an equal distance?

Nvm, figured it out, I had to extrude the faces, select all faces except the extruded ones and delete them.
