Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

okay day two i woke up early at 6:45 a.m. and around 6:55 i started continue the challege and end at around 7:20 a.m. the on same day.

Good start. user added image It kinda looks like the scale is off. The tower seems very squat.

Wow so much so quickly! I really like the feel of you're project. I'd watch how many polys you were using, is that 11,000 untriangulated faces?

am kinda new to maya we dont have schools here that teaches how to used the software software everything i learn is just by reading over the net i dont know any terminology used in 3d i think i used quads

hey guys its me again am doing my texture so heres a sample
i've done this in 3hrs and it does take the shape that i wanted to be texture mapping giving me head aches grrr.....................
