Question flatbed scanner

Does anyone have a recommendation for a flatbed scanner? Im looking for one thats less than $100, good for photos and documents, and has good software for it. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

I've got a Canoscan D12560 series flatbed scanner that was around 100 iirc;

Very decent quality and good software. Mine has a film negative scanning attachment thingy as well but the basic unit is rather good.
