Introduction to Maya - Rendering in Arnold
This course will look at the fundamentals of rendering in Arnold. We'll go through the different light types available, cameras, shaders, Arnold's render settings and finally how to split an image into render passes (AOV's), before we then reassemble it i

Go easy on me please :)

Well, I havent gotten 3d down yet but I thought maybe Id share something thats 2d that I made this AM for a "battle". The idea was to make a trading card that represents myself. Being as I just finished playing a few games of bf1942 DC this is the idea that I came up with. Its suppose to be: left side back of card, right side, front of card. I know it doesnt compare with the awesome work a lot of you do, but I had fun and thought Id share so you might get to know me better. user added image
Anyway, C&C is welcome, I can take it lol

Been drawing and paintin on paper and canvase for 30+ years and the switch over to working on something Im not looking at as I draw is being a real b**ch for me lol God I'd love one of those new Wacom Cyntiqs!! Will sell one slightly used kidney for the 3500 dollars. user added image

Thank you Howard and adl user added image

yeah thats a pretty cool image isnt it adl? I got it from National Geographic user added image

Im not sure how youd use the card LOL It was a site I went to and there was a thread in a forum this morning and it was called a "battle" and the idea was that everyone create a personal trading card showed both front and back and was 600 x450.
I thought it sounded interesting so I gave it a shot.
Honestly I feel kind of silly posting it here now... my first thoughts were that since I have no Maya work to share Id share this and maybe yall woudl get to know me better..... but now Im kinda embarassed to have it up.. lol...... cuz all of the work on here is so awesome.
