Beer glass scene creation
This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.

As far as the lid is concerned it is simply a placeholder. I have thought of a couple of story ideas for an animated short. However Im already sitting on 2 other ideas for a short. So at the moment I am simply doing stills for each of the 3 short ideas I have and deciding then which way Im going to go.

Hehe!

Yeah there great for, well pretty much everything! Have you got it mapped to a sampler info node in the colour channel?

It's very effective!

Great work, love your style, and the way your concepts match your 3d work.

Nah, not mapped to a sampler node. Its just the stock Ramp Shader Node.

I use it to give me a fake SSS look.
