Looks like you are well low of that right now. What is the count? I would add some around the face.

After adding some detail to the torso and hands, I have about 3100 tri-polys. But that is with 500 poly hands user added image

Think I'm going to remove some polys from my now, smoother hand user added image

Btw, could you give me some good tips on how I should improve the face. I could put up some better screenshots for you if you like.

Some more work on the hands.
Particularly those thumbs.
Maybe shave off some geometry in them too.

Thanks, yeah, was never happy with the thumbs.

I think he looks a bit chubby in the last render you posted... could be just the angle / his jacket though. Other than that good job!

Yeah, I know. It's supposed to be his clothes, but it might be too much... it's vietnam so they don't run around in winter clothes user added image
