a fat preist in progress

This is a 3d of a preist that my friend drew. Please critique, and if you want the .mb file i can post it and you can edit it the way you like. This is the website I made for it www.geocities.com/monkeycat321/p it has the source images and a head revolution video. I am interested in what more advanced users can do with it. The nose is what i've been working on for the most time because its his most noteable feature. I know that his cheeks and lips need to be fixed.

vladimirjp - cartoony check out the website to see the source images, I think he's kind of based off of our geometry teacher, Mr. Casper. My friend says he thinks god (basicaly all his religious drawings exept the devil look like the one in the picture, all he does is change the hair a little bit) anyway, god, santa claus, and mr. casper are the same person. Also if you want an interactive veiw of the preist go to https://members.cox.net/hooplahoopla/p1.html or a cross/blade for duh duh duh duh battle pope https://members.cox.net/hooplahoopla/cb.html for some reason veiwpoint triangulated all my quads and those lines on the cross/blade aren't visible in maya

You should pick a picture of John Goodman, although he isn't bold as your character is
