Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2
This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

This is actually modeled and textured in zbrush which i finally got (lit and rendered in maya though). I though I'd show you guys my first steps with this weird, odd, crazy, great and awesome app anyway user added image. Feel free to laugh your ass off user added image

Not sure what direction to take this if anywhere as I'm just learning the app...

Great model there K. I was wondering, could someone exp,ain to me a bit more about Zbrush. I have heard alot about it lately but I still dont know anything (hope that makes sense)

ZBrush looks like a cool program. So basically is it like a sculpting program? Thats what I saw in the videos atleast was alot of sculpting. Anyways I am still trying to master maya (not sure if thats possible :-)) so I will stick with it for now.

cool character - nice fat and sloppiness - really has an organic feel. Can't wait to start with zbrush. I've tried to do some refining of maya models and am working on one now but so far I haven't done any pure modelling in zbrush. Looks like fun.
