Poly Shading Prob?

Hi all,

I'm modeling a lowpoly charcter for a game project i'm working on,
as i've been modeling i've noticed a re-occuring problem with the shading, perticularly on tri's! Any ideas on how to stop this?
Here's a grab of what i mean, any help would be cool, thx.
