I tend to think ostrich is best well done- it just doesn't do rare like beef.

I am vegetarian. Gave up all kind of meat, fish 3 years ago. Feel so much better spiritually and physically.
I am not a nutter I respect your choice to eat meat. I think Maya is vegetarian though :-)

Speaking of ostriches....was watching an episode of Fear Factor not too long ago and the contestants had to each drink a raw ostrich egg....enough egg to make an omelette for 10 people....or was it 20? Nasty stuff for sure.
