lol watched the movie 3 days ago, story line was abit dodgy but MAN! the graphics was awesome, plus some of the animation's and that ... how do they make it so perfect when they transform?

autobots, lets roll out!

yea the movie and effects was really amazing. I even glued a transformers head on my steering wheel which looks kinda stupid but oh well.

some interesting facts I found was that it took ilm 38 hours to render each frame of the transformer shots. they say its the second longest time ilm took to render a frame after the lord of the rings battle renders. I also read that ironhad's cannon is 1 million faces alone. It's amazing how they manage to get perfect animations and lighting with such overwhelming scenes. I mean when I'm doing one I always like to do a full render for everything I change.

I've been to see it tonight and the effects are definitely very good
Pretty much a typical summer action blockbuster that is cool - wonder how much they will make out of the merchandising alone
