Disabling sun and sky in Mental ray

I want to render an object in mental ray in perfect darkness with only the lights I add having any effect on the render. I don't know how to turn off the sun and sky system.

How do I disable this? all my renders are turning out blueish because of it.

EDIT: FOUND THE SOLUTION HERE

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DRVcYwZge7c

simple solution go to render options > Indirect Lighting > Creat sun and sky, click this then in the attributes panel (the panel on the right with all the options) you can click it on or off.

If it says delete sun and sky and when you click it, it gives an error click the little black box with the triangle/arrow in it and you'll be sent to the attributes panel (right) the on option will be at the top of the list.

to everyone reading this, please when you post a solution for something online make sure you explain what EVERYTHING means, to a complete newbie you can confuse him just by saying 'mental ray' so be specific.
