Thanks for the commments Sgart and tweetytunes!user added image

tweetytunes if you study the concept pic real close and visit the link to Hajime Sorayama's work I posted on the first page of this thread. You will see that they are very human looking, and for the most part, they bend and flex just like a human does even though they are robots. The most fascinating thing about them is that they defy science. They are more fantasy than practical. So it doesn't matter if the model has shoullder blades or not. I think if Sorayama made a pratical design that followed science accurately, the fembots would loose their sex appeal.

Here is that Hajime Sorayama link from the first page Linkage

It will look more robotic when I start adding those features in.

Thanks again for the C&C!user added image

Lookin good, I wish I could model a human body that nicely. My female model looks like an abstract artwork compared to this. Interesting idea, can't wait to see the finished outcome of this.

Update.

I thought I was going to be able to post an update monday, but building this model is really a challenge, and anyone that tells you building a body is easy, is lying. I had to rebuild the lower body twice, but anyway, I'm making good headway now.

Cheers gster123! user added image

Making shure everything flows together is a real challenge. I have seen quite a few body meshes in the past years and the ones that seem to stand out ( for me atlest ), are the ones where the mesh flows with the muscle structure, but I have also seen a few fantastic bodys meshes that didn't follow muscle structure either.

I hope to have more wips here soon. Thanks again! user added image
