mentay ray render

Hi, i tried to render a object with texture applied to it using mental ray but the object came out looking darkish broken. I tried different image format, the result is same. Unless i render with maya software, it will always look darkish.

user added imageAnyone knows what's the problem?

oh i see now. All of the objects have amb_occlusion that make me believe that there is light so any texture apply to the object seem darkish because there is no actual light source user added image

thanks
