From what i understand the process doesn't use molds to create the final examples its just down to the durability of the material. Another problem is the detail on the snakes might not show.

Heres an example showing the amount of detail on on a small hand as seen on their website:

Looking at that, your model would need to be about 10in high for the snakes to be the same thickness as the fingers......I've no idea how big they're planning on building them.

But anyway, the model looks great and I love the design, I hope you can use the snakes.

EDIT: Hang on thats a quarter not a penny isn't it? Couldn't they have just used a ruler! lol

Ah, I see. I thought the models were made from molds. I think I read that from somebody here. Anyway, thanks for the heads up on that! user added image

EDIT: BTW, the penny has old honest Abe on it. Washington is on the quarter.

the snakes are thicker than the fingers thats for sure but apart from the eyes there is no real detail on them as i don`t see the point if the details aint going to come out.

I think the coin idea was stupied as I have no idea what size a american coin is. I`ve been two time to the usa but both times all I really got was notes user added image

mike said the whole thing would be about 8 inchs high (I think) which is about the size of my Heman figure collection so I`m going by them.

If you look in there site you`ll find a woman with wavy hair and then that t-rez does have some nice details on it.

It would be a shame to put so much detail into something just for it not to turn out.

I think the way to win this contest is by sheer visual impact.

Your models "impression" has to be "damn thats cool!"

Thats how I would judge this, which one would I purchase if I was in a art gallery.

The U.S. quater is approximately 1 inch in diameter ( 1'.00 ). The U.S. penny is is just 25% smaller ( 0'.75 ).
Sorry it's not in the metric system.

I agree papalatistudios, I think the model should make a good impression.

My heart goes out to you and your family Tweet. It's always sad to hear a loved one pass away.

Sorry to hear about your loss tweetytunes.
Spend time doing the important things like being with your family and the other things can wait.
