How do I delete a keyframe without going into graph editor?

I've create a simple animation by moving the marker to a point in the timeline and going >Animate>Set Key.

I was wondering how I remove certain keyframes.

I know that I can individually select them in Window>Animation editor>Graph editor.

Is there any other way?

you can right click the key in the timeline and select delete. It's a bit hard if you've got loads of keys though.
