Texturing

Hi ya
as you can tell i am new to this .
i kind of stuck on texturing my Buildings.
in MAYA i have created the bulidings and i would like to know
how to use UV texture Editor and how take the UV Coordinates to Adobe Photoshop to create the textures.
i have downloaded the tutorial for it but i doen't say how take the UV Coordinates and tranfer them to Photoshop where you can Create the textures.
Plz could any body with the knowledge, help me

with the object selected- polygons - uv snapshot- options and you specifyyour options.
