cage with subdiv's

First when i had not selected a subdiv i could not see the cage, but now it's always on... where can i turn this of so i don't see the polygons anymore, except when i select poly's ? :headbang:

right click and select standard.

umm yeas this is they it looks with standard that is the strange thing ;s

Ummm... well den, you might still have a polygon there. Did you start making the model in polys? if so, then you might have had the replace mode on. What you have to do is to delete the origional poly.

it is a poly to subd.. convert.. so there is no poly there user added image

Nop sorry, im running off 6.5, and it wont let me open it. Says the file has recieved damage or is incompatible with Maya 6.5.
