Orient Constrain Problem

I'm in the process of constraining the wrist of my hand to my forearm endjoint. I point constrain it and so far so good, but when I orient constrain it, the hand moves slightly UP! It moves out of place from the model. What could be the problem? I've tried freezing the joints of the wrist after I move it with the global manip. befor constraining it, but nothing seem to work. HEEELP!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks mtmcjinley! That's the obvious thing to do, which I rather do, but my teacher wants us to do it this way so we can move the wrist side to side and twist it and go up and down through the connection aditor. Go Figure!
