Creating Veins and Arteries

Any of you guys got a quick way to craete a series of veins or arteries , all connected with each other? These would have to be hollow. They have to have smaller arteries branching out of each other but the camera should be able to fly through it..
I wanna simulate a camera flying through some blood vessels...for a school project..
Cheers

ooh thats hard, how about draw basic nurbs curves to show where the veins are, then extrude a circle along the curves?

You could also simplify your work by doing what Nem said, but before you extrude, animate your camera, then select all of your curves, and run this script to do a controllable extrude on your curvesuser added image

Hmmm...I tried running the script on several curves from the cmnd line and it extruded them into planes. Maybe, I'm missing how this is supposed to work and how it's controlled. Is a dialog box supposed to pop up when you run the script?

Ah, I should've read the mel first. As it turns out, I was running the script on several curves without a selecting a profile curve first. Cool script....good way to make quick tentacles or veins, with some editing of course.
