Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

Batch rendering seems to repeat itself

When I try to batch render it seems to repeat the process over and over. It gets to 100% and then just starts all over.??? Does it do the render frame by frame and that is what it is showing or am I doing something wrong???

It does 1->100% of each frame... so it will end, after each and every frame is rendered...

Yes -- it DOES take that long. (~1-2 min/frame)

Ok thanx, but now I have a new problem

Now my batch render seems to have stopped and in the script editor it says nothing is happening. I clicked on the time slider and I think that is what might have caused the problem, is there anyway else I can check the progress of the render or just to check if is still going other than the script editor.

have you checked if you have enough disk space? at school we have very limited space on our personal drives, and I often run out... this causes all kinds of accidents when batch rendering.. not sure if this is the problem of course, but it COULD be.. worth testing, no?
