bump map displayed on model

Hey, guys, here's something new I've encountered and not sure if anyone else has. I'm using some ramp shaders, but when I adjust the model's UVs, the bump map I'm using suddenly is displayed on the model itself in the scene. It renders properly, but it's annoying to see this big black and white texture on the model.

It remains there even when I break the bump map's connection... weird.

Anyone else see anything like this before?

I've just tried it and couldn't get it to happen. What version are you running? I tried version 6. Also does it stay there if you reload the color map, as i was going to suggest it might prove a quick way to see how the map looks on the model without rendering although i suppose you could just set it as your color map to do that..

There's actually no color map, just using colors.

Using 6.5
