and oh... Im not that good in modling a head but at this point I would do something like this for a start....(see image)
It's nice to see how everybody models becuase your're modeling diffrent how I would start to model but from here I think I would make a splitpolygon as the redline and would delete al the inside faces... and than I would select the outer edges and extrude them like a eye would look like...
(btw... the redline is a little bit to big for an eye to be but I think you'll get the point)
The mouth is a little more difficult but you'll have to wait from someone else to see how he would do it...
once again! keep it up... I love to see characters so I quireus how you would pull this off! goodluck

Heres a small update. made the nose bigger and tryed to get head into right shape.
I love this project and I cant pt it away! I'am goind to model it all night along and post updates when needed

I made the nouse bigger and rounded. Tried to model mouth different ways and this is what I came up with. This is far from the final but at least something.
I'am too tired and going to sleep. I have modeled this head about 8hours and gonna model it on in morning. So I hope to get lots of crits.
