IKing a character

Guys i need some serious help with adding IKs to a model.

it is a biped n i hv a skeleton on it pretty much covering the basic bones....nw i need a bit of help in setting up the iks so my model is able to do most of the basic actions, nothin supernatural or unique.

i wud like to also try to have a good control over the body without having to place too many handles n stuff

if u knw ne site pls lemme knw n wud appreciate if it talks abt the whole body n not jus parts of the body
