Source trouble

Okay, I know I'm 'not the sharpest knife in the draw', I cannot grasp it.

I've downloaded a script, CSforMaya09, (at HighEnd) a script that should make setting up a character a little easier. But afther installing the script, made a shelf, and want to start working with it I get an error message, " Cannot find <dirname> source statement".

What can I do to make it work, knuckled over the help pages, with no succes
