This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.
booleans can be very usefull that right.. but are a little bit tricky.. especially with the history and if alot of surfaces intersect.. check this thread out, might help you out..
