What can i do to make the model stay when i animate it?

well when i move one of the arms it pulls the part of the model that is circled. I want it to stay like the other side

Sounds like you need to edit the smooth bind or if rigged bind your vertices.

Which way did you bind the model? Once i know I can give you a description on how to fix it.
